This website is meant for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims to the accuracy of information. To our knowledge, the content on this website is unique to IsBornyet.com. By adding or uploading information you realize that this information can be viewed by all. If you choose, you can not be featured on our homepage, however that is the limit of security settings we offer.

The minimum age to use services / features provided by IsBornYet is 18. If you are younger than 18, you are not allowed to use IsBornYet.com

You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services and through third party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.

You may use IsBornYet only if you can form a binding contract with IsBornYet and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. IsBornYet will be constantly changing, this can all happen with little or no notice. Also, since this is a free service, if things go wrong on our side we also reserve the right to cancel all accounts and delete the information with little or no prior knowledge.

Don't be dumb, and don't give your password out to anyone. IsBornYet will NEVER ask you for your password. If you ever think you are the victim of a hacker please let us know.

Currently we do not display your email information anywhere. This being said, as stated previously, these terms of service our subject to change. Should we ever need to display your email or other personal information for a new feature, we shall automatically keep you un-enrolled until you enroll yourself. New users will be subject to auto enrollment, however when / if this happens we will notify new users. We also may use your personal information to send you a welcome email immediately following registration, to send you a periodic newsletter, to contact you to respond to a request or inquiry from you, to communicate with you about your account. Also, we reserve the right to send you a reminder about your baby's birth 2 weeks before your date of birth, and up to a month after birth. Lastly, we reserve the right to email you about new announcements on the site, however the primary medium for these notifications will be via our blog

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of IsBornYet and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the IsBornYet name or any of the IsBornYet trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. You, and not IsBornYet, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through IsBornYet. IsBornYet does not control the Content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of such Content.

IsBornYet reserves the right to remove any image for any reason whatsoever. Specifically, any image uploaded that is pornographic or offensive in nature (including nudity, violence, sexual acts, or sexually provocative images.), infringes upon copyrights not held by the uploader, is illegal or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted. Violating these terms will result result in termination of your ability to upload further images. We Review and moderate images, and will stand for 0 Tolerance.

You agree not to be a dick, jerk or ass. Do not mess with our server, try to hack our accounts, don't abuse IsBornYet software or hardware or harvest any exploits that may or may not exist. If you notice any bugs, or issues you will report them to us.

We may revise these Terms from time to time, the most current version will always be at http://www.isbornyet.com/web/tos.php Should we feel that the new Terms of service are pertinent to your daily activity, we shall send an email to the address registered with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
